Anomalia is derived from the word ‘anomaly’, reflecting the firm’s commitment to innovative and impact driven design. Established in 2022, Anomalia operates at the intersection of design, technology and material innovation.
Founders, Bhakti and Suyash, bring diverse expertise in architecture, design, and material science to the practice. The practice stands on the foundation of a value system that is focused on merging technology with tradition through materials, construction and fabrication processes and design processes that are both analogue and computational. Anomalia’s strategic partnerships with the tech sector, students, and local communities play a vital role in fostering innovation and implementation.
