Stackable, load-bearing blocks made from mycelium, the root structure of mushrooms that offers sustainable, biodegradable, and low-carbon construction, significantly reducing construction waste.

The construction industry contributes 39% of global carbon emissions and 50% of landfill waste, highlighting the need for innovation. MycoBlox aims to revolutionize this by offering lightweight, load-bearing blocks made from mycelium, the root structure of mushrooms.

These biodegradable blocks are created by cultivating mycelium on agricultural waste. Designed for modular walls and columns, MycoBlox feature a unique cross-vault shape that promotes mycelium growth, optimizes load transfer, and introduces natural porosity. This innovation represents a paradigm shift towards sustainable, regenerative construction, closing the loop on waste and fostering environmental harmony.
